Mental Toughness Is Accepting Reality
Mental toughness is accepting your reality, choosing your response. This is such a massive, overlooked aspect of mental toughness. When we accept that reality, we empower ourselves to do something about it. And i've had athletes where, you know, forins ithis pitcher who, if he struggled and won anny, it took him like five to get back. But in the reality of the fact that he can't do it for five, he's not gong be able to do it immediately. We're going to create some some goals that are incremental, that get him to the place where suddenly he's responding after that bad pitch.
