I got into trouble recently on Twitter because I tweeted out that peer review is the worst form of scientific fact-checking, except for all the others. There's often an amplification of something maybe a little early in the cycle of it achieving some degree of consensus. So certainly from a process perspective, we need to kind of get scientific literacy rates and have a peer review system that isn't contingent on commercial piping.
