The Challenges and Achievements of Gen 2
The architectures and the kind of infrastructure behind Gen 2 is similar than Gen 1 but we need to scale some of the model details to be able to make that work. So I would say there were a lot of challenges around temporal consistency that we also saw early versions of Gen 1. We pushed a new update of the model on a weekly basis and some of those solutions that we found translated into the use case of not providing a video conditioning and just providing just the text conditioning to the model. That's pretty amazing.
