The Squat and Glots Specific Exies Are a Great Lower Body Exercise

There are some people out there who say that the squat, any sort of variation, is just not great for your glots. It doesn't much involve the glot muscles, and doing gloots specific exies are much better. But what i can say is that squatting in general is a fantastic lower body exercise, period. In my opinion, i think that it is one of the best compound exercises for all of us to use.
