How to Be a Better Product Manager
If you're not particularly passionate about the topic itself, but like the managing of the product and everything else, then you probably should focus more on generic product skills. One tip that I could give is really like, you need to give it a bit of a rhythm. And allocate a small time budget to learning. It's maybe not good to just read one book and apply it. Maybe you should surround yourself with a bit more material,. But still keep it too small number of books, blog posts, podcasts that you consume - for reflect them if it helped.
