The Bank's Failure to Allow Customers to Break Turn Deposits
Did you know banks do not legally have to allow customers to break turn deposits that is give back the money early. In this instance it was to help a family member get into business. The bank did offer a solution they said look we'll give you an overdraft at 10 percent but 10 percent interest until the term deposit matured and could be released back to them.
