Tay: Qualified applicant means to hit our five criteria to move forward in the phone screening process. After that, we go to an in screening call a those applicants who fill out those five questions. A lot of this is to make sure they pick up,. see how they speak on the phone, you know, and kind of judge their responsibilities. Normally we see a round 25 % of qualified applicants pass from this phase to step three.
