What Are Your Expectations as a CEO?
CEO of Facebook, Sheryl Sandberg asked her new team what their expectations were when they stepped into the role. "The onus is on the CEO to definitely lay out that vision and understand where it is that you're going for," she said. The board has been able to do a very good job of aligning its goals with those of the company as a whole, says Sandberg. She added: "I wouldn't say heated but passionate discussions about which direction we need to go"
