The Wholer Effect Is Important for Your Inadvertent Comas
There's a lot of research around what's called the wholer effect. If you work with someone who is slightly higher in ability than you, you are going to pull yourself up to their level. You don't want those students together. What you want is people who are close in ability. So these are gradual steps that i'm trying to go forward with this. It's so important for me that they get to know each other in the class and they learn about each other.
