How Does That Structurely Work?
Blake: We do a valuation each year, and then we actually have a plan where they 're able to buy, in over ten years period, evergreen half of the shares. So sas sosuran sense, they buy half their shares at front, which essentially means like, you own em. You're going to pay em off over time. Blake: It's a programme that we've got borrowed from other firms, and it'sit's been, its worked really, really well.
