Lily Allen has digestive issues. Her stomach makes noises if she hasn't eaten in a long time. She's not very good at remembering to do things when it comes to eating. If the character called for a stomach rumble, would you eat before you went on stage? Mmm. No. Because I think I would like to have fun with trying to make that happen on its own.
