The Impact of Non Relationship Lending on the Commercial Real Estate Market
The company helps owners that have some kind of non relationship type loan on their property. We become in essence the relationship for the owner when there is no relationship at the lender. Most of our clients are usually just getting into the real estate space, focusing mainly on single family, small multifamily. I think we're all waiting to see how COVID eventually affects offices.
