Working Remote in the Pandemic

In the usa, a lot of teams like engineering and sales have a remote offering. We found that 60 something % of folks wanted some kind of in office experience. And so we've been trying to figure out how do we refactor and aline teams to make that work really well? So it's a good experience, if you are remote, that we've kind of a lined up based on time zones.
