i love how in customers success, even though it's a relatively new discipline, there is just so many avenues that you can go down in order to become a successful c s leader. Customers success teams are the ones that take sort of the art of the possible, the goal of the product and the service, and make it a reality. So if you have some of these things we've just talked about, if you're able to figure out if you like listening or actively listen, you're great candidate for cs. And finally, it's about walking the talk.
