It may be a stretch to say that take me out to the ball game was a feminist anthem, because it was instantly popular at the time by men and women alike. The bear had come to symbolize a cultural force that shaped our world. But then we changed the bear. We got rid of its harsh edges. We replaced its tough insides with fluffy cotton. And smushed its face down into something that isn't very bear like at all. So what does it mean to win?
