Roman mars: School book bands aren't new, but i certain kinds of books are becoming targets for new reasons. A Tennessee school board voted to remove a graphic novel from the eighth grade curriculum because it contained "rough objectionable language" The decision is just one of the many battles we're seing around the country because we're living in a politically heated, hyperpartisan moment now.
