The Doy Chians' Argument for Universal Computing
Theory of universal computation says that there's three capacities. These are speed, memory and capacity to create explanations. Doy Chians have argued that the amount of whether it's universal or not has ties to their theory. But they deny the other twocapacity matter for humans. Patel: We can't we can't assume IQ is right, but we can't just on the face of it dismiss it either.
