i think experimentation sometimes is actually used as a trust proxy. It's kind of like, ok, gy, let ust run and experiment. Let's go. Lets just do this, right? And then if you ask, how many of your experiments have failed? Like al wagt weight, they never fail. Rites the b experiment as the first step into building the thing that they want to build anyway. But because they started with an experiment, it's an excuse to get started without doing all thatye research. They're not really running.
