The Importance of the Relationship With the Client

I want to underscore your point about the importance of the relationship with the client. I come across forum posts sometimes in like freelancing forums where it's like, hey, I have this awful client and we have this terrible situation because the client is such a like crazy unreasonable person. It's like, you can't fix it. The way to fix that situation is to never have it in the first place. You know, make sure you only work with clients who are good people to work with and who you're going to have a good relationship with. And everything else is dependent on that.
