Joe Biden's Double Standard

It seems the characterization of it and even the way that people in the circumstance, including himself, talk about it, it seems held a lot more careless than malicious. It's hard to say, because again, we don't know. He's waving these things around to prove that he's right. Why he does that ultimately doesn't really matter, doesn't it? Yeah. I suppose it matters if he wants to sell it to the Saudis or something. But the most important thing is to say, is this true or not, is it against a law or not?
