Beejeweled Aromatic Fried Rice
There's a dish that was really intrigued by you call it a bejeweled aromatic fried rice. I believe this tradition may have come from either Nigeria's just loving Chinese food, even though we don't put soy sauce as a typical salt. But we use curry powder more often. And the reason I named it be jewelled as well, because that's how I remember it,. Like this really glistening dish with lots of different colorful jewels of green beans, green peas, carrots and then prawns.
