We looked at what people who are responsible for hiring and and an addressing the needs of their employees. We took all that data, made a mental model. Diagram looks like a city skyline with a bunch of towers in it. And those city blocks can kind of come together into neighborhood,. Just like a city it it grows from the bottom up. That's how we get our bias into our data. There was one thinking style that was the empatic, ah, you know, i'm thinking ahead.
