The Problem of Skepticism

Internalism is the idea that you don't always have to have internal access to properties which confer justification. On externalism, it's like we're talking about the environment. And so there are many different articulations of problem of skepticism. There probably won't be a one-size-fits-all sort of solution here. But plan again, his theory of proper functionalism applies what he calls 'proper functional skeptical philosophy'
