How to Visualize Your Shadow

You should basically be looking at a kind of an evil twin version of yourself, kind of like the embodiment of your worst qualities. If you're not good at visualizing, just see if you can sense its presence in front of you. Don't worry about being accurate. There's no right or wrong image here.
