Can I Scale to Multi Sixfigures?

Ian, Richard's that I'm sure you all encounter this too as you're working with sales reps and sales teams like when there's not a fit. When you feel like you can't authentically and honestly represent the company and what you're selling and feel good about it. It doesn't matter if you can make seven figures there or not. And I think really looking there for that alignment and that fit is key.
