Synodality in the Life of the Church
We were talking especially about the way in which the word synodality has become in the life of the church something not exclusively right. There are ways that certain people have talked begun talking about the synodonticity which are as you say sort of ahistorical nihilism there has only ever been the synod and there will only ever be the synod, he says. He also warns against reducing real Christian idea to slogan or buzzword without deep reflection on thing itself. The papacy now as this sort of protagonist of world history has changed the way we relate to the pope as the steward of God so I wonder if it's time for Pope John Paul II to step down.
