i'm trying to bring fasting into my life as a regular practice. After not eating for three days, it's just like an electrolite. The last day is a dry fast, so you're not even drinking any water. There's something called autopagy that maximizes out at 72 hours. So fastingi it's something that i've done, sort of, i've done intermittent fasting,. But i think doing a, like a 30, i'm tring to, i'm really thinking about doing a thit like a30, sixth day fast once a week.
