Is this any different than Brazil building the stadiums for the Olympics a few years ago? Are there any other countries doing that? I mean, it is ridiculous. They're trying to do it to shift their economy from being oil dependent to more tourism dependent. There's some terrible things going on with labor practices and how they approach construction projects. It might be impressive from an engineering perspective. But whether it's good for the country, let alone the world, is a completely different conversation. The picture showing an anti-gravity damn wall isn't exactly sustainable.
