We've got not creating enough personal retention campaigns and bucketing everyone under one. So that's sort of like the broad approach, the shotgun approach versus like a sniper approach in how you're emailing. We took our top products and completely segmented different custom flows and even our messaging. Now if we're doing a campaign for collagen, that collagen campaign is not going to go to everyone. It's going to be aimed at people who bought collagen with higher lifetime value.
