The Big Trap in Our Profession
Mark Coel: It's the big trap in our profession. Once you kind of cross that bridge from someone who coaches to becoming coach whatever that means right I mean, it's goofy. In my opinion coaches should be service providers and the service we provide is helping the people under our charge to become the best they can be or achieve the goal of sit out to achieve. And so yeah, that that temptation of ego is really what I'm speaking to.
