Is There an Intergenerational Transmission?
I really feel for Katherine because growing up feeling so unseen and dealing with that silent treatment and the shining it's so painful. And so she feels so unseen and then so powerless. So you can see that she wants to stop it. I was very encouraged by how open she is to taking risks even though it scares her. It'll be really interesting to see how these exercises go this week and what kind of shifts she can make from them.
