Dot Net - The Web Runtime Framework, or Libraries a Frame?

Drake werry was such a nice tool back in the day. I haven't touch drake werry nowadays, just because i havei i can do better things with a just vanilla j s. Flutter is up there. Doesn't google make flutter? Or is it mosilla? I don't know. Ever time i lok at flutter, mik, this is pretty cool. But then i'm dumbd just kind of scared to. Won't do much serious ey stuff any more, am but almost, i kind of want myself to be like the top three of them, whatever. Oh, docter, except other tools. Thats just a random collection
