It almost reminds me of like an ending relationship it's like the way to appear like confident in either relationship or a job setting is by not coming off as desperate and like you know overly attached. I think maybe we'll do this like later but it sort of reminds me of Like Aristotle's Nicomachean Ethics or it's very focused on kind of like finding the middle ground between deficiency and excess. It's good to pursue wealth or something until you reach the point of sufficiency but then pursuing it beyond that is where you start to harm yourself right? So how do you create a healthy relationship with weight and fitness that does not like go too far into a harmful relationship with those things?
