I'm a Product Designer, and I've Been a Front End Leader for Rail for a Long Time.

i started the organizational design practice an ide where i really worked with organizations and cos to help transform their companies. Rail helped to transforma several companies, one of which had a huge acquisition exit based on their innovation premium by the time they'd been a working with idio for a while. And then i went to sales force. O sales force in twenty 14, was looking for some one to really help lead a design, lead transformation in its product. So i came in am in a very strange role, actually, and then ended up the lightning experience re design um, which was the biggest re design of the salesfors product in its history. Everything now is pretty much lightning experience....
