In 2011 and 12 in Afghanistan, we had 15 soldiers get run over and killed by all kinds of vehicles. And every one of them was wearing a PT belt. So my point was it's not the reflective belt that we've had to focus on. It's about being executing prudent risk and limited visibility with good sound decisions.
