How Do You Use Machine Learning to Reduce Bias?
A lot of times machine learning can reinforce biases that the society have. So I think like a big thing to reduce the bias is true inspection analysis, explainability and actually taking these steps to make sure it works. You should kind of like create examples that challenge your assumptions. For example, let's say you have, again, a churning classification model. And one of the features is age. If you change age, if you keep, you know, changing the age of a particular data set, would that change the performance? There's a lot of great research lately on an L.P. That is text attack.
