"I was explaining a concept to them that i thought was critical for the decision they were about to make. And i thought i was pretty good at this, you know, explaining complex things," he says. "And these were smart, intelligent client so it wasn't their fault." He then started drawing pictures of how money would be divided on a white board in his office. The book is called 'The Art of Problem Solving' and has been used by many clients over the years.
