LZ Granderson: One of the biggest strategic errors that people make is that we focus so much on what makes us different. He says if you have affinity, but no evidence to demonstrate your competence or ability, you're still in a good spot. LZ: It's easier to sit on the fence and watch other people do it. People don't feel responsible. They don't know the truth of other people's experiences.
