One of the most common challenges we see, and it might be exacerbated by sales trading that's out there, is people are either on the talking side of the spectrum or the listening side. Recognizing when to do which one and how to do it well is part of the challenge because I'll see someone just never assert a point of view. And another one you mentioned, which I love was using jargon. Please cut out all that jargon. People don't know what you're talking about. If I can, I'll take a picture of that and include it too.
