How to Track Instruments in a Clinic
Most clinics were doing their own reprocessing, but we had gained some binders that had information in it. That was just a word document written out what they liked. So I took those and then incorporated into our tracking system to create that count sheet for sets. And the other way we also learned from our first clinics is having the technician who is going to be assembling those is the technician that's in decontam. Because we have had so many miscommunication of are you sure that there was that mosquito in that basket because I can't find it is in the bottom of the sonic. Right? But at least on it, you're not going to stand there and check 50 items
