Herschel Tumim who had a little hemoencephalography was using that as neurofeedback. Studies of neurofeedback are showing that if a clinician is present with the patient neurofeedback is more successful than if the clinician is not present. Neurofeedback is partly about modulating say on an electrical level we're modulating the waves but also on a neurological level and driving up cerebral blood flow.
