In the united states, white evangelical pro stants and white catholics are consistently the least concerned about climate change. People often mistakenly assume that it's something about what the bible says or where we go to church on sunday which is dictating our opinions. But when social scientists dig into it, they find that it turns out its all political ideology. Says god gave humans responsibility over every living thing on this earth. And then the idea of caring for and loving our neighbors,. The fruit of the spirit, as we christians believe, is love and joy rather than greed and hubros and arrogance and judgment.
