The Return to the Office Has Stalled

The Wall Street Journal recently reported that office usage had reached more than 50% back in January, but hasn't pushed much higher since. Real estate investment trusts buy property and collect rents and pass that along to shareholders as dividends. Office REITs like SL Green Realty ticker are down 71% so far this year; the dividend yield is over 15%.
