How to Get Confidence Back to Try Hard on Rock Again

Climbing is one of the most challenging sports for an athlete to get back into shape. It exposes climbers to a lot of risky movements and positions that aren't perfectly economical. What do we do as athletes to get the confidence back to be able to try hard on rock again? I think there's a couple of key elements that I would personally think about and the way that I would end up manipulating them, which I do with most of my coaching. So it allows freedom within a constraint, within a constraint sort of modality.
