Thereis a lot of people that just talk about equity. And i think part of the challenge is whether you want to call it performative equity or cosmetic equity. What systemic change is happening when we decide to take a group of third gratersa stand in line and move forward and backwards on that line base off of whether or not they have a certain privilege?
