How to Balance Consulting and Advisory Strategic Work

A lot of agencies are really asking themselves, what should be the balance of consulting and advising strategic work versus actual get my hands dirty, make a thing work. I found that the implementation work was ultimately it's very high ticket. So revenue wise, it's much higher than the strategy work, but it's low profit. Because it takes a lot of time. And it's high risk for me because I'm giving fixed prices. It just became distasteful to me after a while.
