Research examines the role of psycho therapists in treatment effectiveness. The conclusion is that if you learn the things that you do particularly well as a therapist, then you can tailor your practice and play to your strength. This reinforces so much of what we talk about other research that we've read. But this actually, jan awards, one of the co authors on the study, described this as being at work that will blaze a trail in our field.
