Working With Other People on Projects

For me, i've got kind of a hybrid. I'm perfectly content working with other people on things. But if i had a choice, i would rather just get my work, go into monk mode and get it done. A ve talked about how we're kind of polar opposites when it comes to our personality. So it's taken a little bit of time to figure out how to work together.
