There's no incentive for an accounting firm to ever try to hide something from a venture capitalist. You do not want to let go bause that's a reoccurring relationship. A lot of times we see the big four accounting firm actually rebuild the financials from scratch, because they don't really want to trust what's inside f click books. And you need those to match up when you get through all the diligence in your company....
