Inter operatability is a huge problem that needs to be solved. And one of the things that i like in the die policy is, if you set standards, it can also curb innovation. The government is saying that we are going to set inter operatability standards, but not at the cost of market innovation. We are going to still give you some room to innovate. There might be a couple of inter operatibility standards. That will be set up, as long as you can build the entire ecosystem around it.
